I always hate when people can’t just cut to the chase. Why can’t you just say what you have to say? Why make small talk or pretend that you are going to soften the blow of the bad news? Will it make whatever you are going to ask for or whatever news you have to deliver suddenly easier to say? You know it won’t make a difference in the end, you are just stalling for your own...
